2 — Personal data processed
We process your full name, telephone number, optional email address, enquiry type and message. For made-to-measure requests, we also process the project type, room or space type and approximate measurements you provide. The form records the source page, submission time, notice version and acknowledgement time. Temporary hashed technical identifiers are used for limited anti-abuse checks. This version does not accept file or photograph uploads. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
3 — Purposes of processing
We receive and assess your furniture, kitchen, bathroom, interior, measurement, design, site visit, assembly or delivery enquiry; discuss project details; provide product and service information; arrange appointments or site visits where needed; manage quotations and design work; and resolve your request.
SEVSER MOBİLYA staff may call the telephone number you provide specifically to discuss and resolve your own enquiry. This does not authorise unrelated advertising calls, marketing, SMS or commercial email.
Limited operational and security records support request handling, prevent abuse, fulfil applicable legal obligations and protect rights in disputes.
4 — Collection method
You provide the data directly through the website’s electronic form. Submission details, notice records and limited security identifiers are generated electronically during the form process.
5 — Legal grounds
Where your enquiry directly concerns entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Request administration and proportionate form security rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Applicable legal record and response duties rely on Article 5(2)(ç); records necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right rely on Article 5(2)(e). Each ground applies only where its conditions are met.
The acknowledgement checkbox confirms that this notice was presented and read. It is not explicit consent to processing or a marketing subscription. No marketing permission is required to submit an enquiry.
6 — Recipients and transfers
Data is accessed only as needed by authorised SEVSER MOBİLYA staff and by the hosting, corporate email and IT providers actually supporting the service, subject to appropriate data-processing obligations. It may be disclosed to legally authorised public or judicial authorities, or legal advisers where necessary to protect a right. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
The actual production providers and processing locations must be confirmed before release. Any international transfer requires the applicable conditions of KVKK Article 9 to be satisfied.
7 — Retention and disposal
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal obligations. When the processing grounds cease, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised under the applicable rules and company policy. Specific retention periods by request type must be approved before production use; no arbitrary fixed period is stated here.
8 — Your rights under Article 11

- Know the recipients in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
